TRIBAL MISSION FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL STAFF PROFILES
Marilou Bangahon
She began as a secretary for the World Christian Gathering on Indigenous People (WCGIP) which TMFI in September,
2006. She decided then to volunteer on a short-term basis, little did Mimi know that would be the start of a
deeper involvement with TMFI.
She took her first exposure trip in the mountains after the WCGIP and eventually obeyed her call to be in missions. She now works as cashier for TMFI. Endowed with entrepreneurial spirit, Mimi, as she’s fondly called, desires to involve in income generating projects to help support mission work and missionaries.
Mimi is sent by her home church, New Life in Christ Fellowship in Bansalan, Davao del Sur. She is also active in the
ministry with her adoptive church here in Davao City – Christ The Living Stone Fellowship (CLSF)-Davao. She and other CLSF-Davao workers minister to the children in coastal area near her church. She desires to see these children and the tribal people being transformed in the love of God. Mimi aims to involve herself in community work three years from now.
